Email migration to Exchange Online Android

ITS recommends a manual configuration of email on Android devices.
You will need to remove the old account configured for Canisius Exchange.
Not all Android devices use the standard Android Mail app, so your device may be different.
Settings are as follows:
Email: user@canisius.edu
Password: your Canisius password
Domain\username: ccad\user OR ccad\user@canisius.edu
Server: outlook.canisius.edu
The following screenshots are from an Android 9 device.
Start by going to Settings > Passwords, passkeys & accounts
Add account > OUTLOOK
Type your Canisius email address
Click OUTLOOK
Enter either your Canisius password of click 'send a code', then enter the six digit code.
Authentication will take place...be patient. You should be all set.
Note: Ensure your phone is on the CanisiusWireless Wi-Fi network. Otherwise authentication will fail, since your phone may default to the CanisiusGuest Wi-Fi network.
