Self help with resetting password
To directly access the page to change a password go to https://app1.canisius.edu/pwforgot/
Another option is to have users go to my.canisius.edu
Click on Reset my Password
The user can then click on I forgot my password it is not necessary that they know their username.
The user can enter their information and then click on Submit. They will need to know their id number.
