Learning to create dynamic forms:

The training materials for Dynamic Forms are created and maintained by the vendor.

To access that information, logon to Dynamic Forms (Under myApplications in the Portal, click on the link My Electronic Forms)

On the main screen you will find a question mark in the upper right corner:

Once you click on that question mark, you get to the screen below.   You need to click on the Training/User Group option on the left side of the screen.  Under that is the Dynamic Forms University.  Click on that.

Once you have selected The Dynamic Forms University, on the right side you will see a link to sign up for training (shown below):

That is what you want to do – sign up for the training.  It will walk you through a form, start to finish.   Once you request access, you will get a confirmation email
