Outlook configuration for iphone/ipad

Due to a recent change in our Exchange environment, you may discover you are unable to send emails from your iPhone/iPad using your Canisius account.

To resolve this issue, follow these directions, and reference the screen shot below for further clarity:

  • Go to Settings App on the device

  • Scroll down to select "Mail"

  • Select "Accounts"

  • Select your Canisius email exchange account (it may be an extra "tap" for those with more than 1 email account configured on the device).

  • Change the "domain" from "Canisius" to "ccad"

  • Select Done
