Email migration to Exchange Online

In February of 2025 ITS will begin migrating email accounts to Exchange Online (aka Outlook 365). This will allow for better integration with calendars and other third party software. If you use the desktop client, this migration should be seamless, however older versions of Microsoft Office/outlook may be problematic and warrant a help desk ticket/call. Accessing the web client from the portal may require additional configuration.

If you use/download the outlook app on your phone, reference these instructions from Microsoft to learn how to add a shared calendar or mailbox.

The Outlook app on Android/iUHOHS supports added a shared mailbox.

It is also possible to add a shared calendar.
