Sharing Outlook Calendars
The following instructions are for the full/desktop client of Outlook. Instructions for the Outlook Web App can be found here.
| Step 1 - Open the Desktop Client of Outlook |

| Step 2 - Toggle to the Calendar Tab |
| Step 3 - Select Share Calendar from the top ribbon |
| Step 4 - Enter the user's email address |
Step 5 (Optional) - Adjust the user's detail settings (ie - Limited or Full)

| Step 6 (Optional) - Send |
| Step 7 (Optional) - Select Calendar Permissions from the top ribbon |
| Step 8 (Optional) - Highlight the user's name and set permissions. It is suggested that "edit own" is selected. Followed by "OK" |
