Microsoft Teams: Automatically Activate Captions/Transcripts in Teams Meetings
In this tutorial, we show how to automatically activate captions/transcripts in a meeting.

1 | In Teams, click on the three horizontal dots to the left of our user icon in the upper-right. |

2 | Select Settings in the menu that appears. |

3 | Select Captions and transcripts in the menu on the left. |

4 | Click on the slider to the right of “Always show live captions in meetings”. |

5 | When we do, the slider should change colors, meaning it is now active. We can leave settings and continue using Teams as needed. |
