Microsoft Teams: Automatically Activate Captions/Transcripts in Teams Meetings

In this tutorial, we show how to automatically activate captions/transcripts in a meeting.

1	In Teams, click on the three horizontal dots to the left of our user icon in the upper-right.	Highlighting location of three horizontal dots in the upper-right.
2	Select Settings in the menu that appears.	Highlighting Teams Settings.
3	Select Captions and transcripts in the menu on the left.	Highlighting Captions and transcriptions.
4	Click on the slider to the right of “Always show live captions in meetings”.	Highlighting toggle for Always show live captions in meetings.
5	When we do, the slider should change colors, meaning it is now active. We can leave settings and continue using Teams as needed.	Highlighting color change of toggle.
