Overview: Before you begin

  • The following process is to be used on your Canisius-Owned laptop and/or iMac
  • Ensure that you are on the Canisius College network via wireless or direct connection. Initial enrollment must be made on campus.
  • Check your email for a message titled - "ITS - Computer Enrollment Invitation"

 

Step 1: Open the link to enroll your computer

Step 2: Click Download and Install this package

Step 3: Open the downloaded file

Note: You may need to check Finder > Downloads > QuickAdd.pkg

Step 4: Click OK for add a security exception

Step 5: Open System Preferences

Step 6: Open Security & Privacy

Step 7: Add the security exception by clicking "Open Anyway"

Step 8: Run through the Installer

Step 9: Self Service should open and be ready for use
