DARS BATCH PROCESSING

There are two batches processes for generating DARS degree audits. 

REGR250 – Allows you to print batch audits for students with a specific graduation term, graduation status and level.   This will produce both COMPLETE and INCOMPLETE reports.

REGR251 - Allows you to print batch audits for students with a specific graduation term, graduation status and level.   This will produce INCOMPLETE reports only.

To run either batch:  Type the above name in the Go To…Field on the main Banner page as shown below:

This will take you to the following screen:

Tab or click on the Term Code values field.  Enter the term code of graduation that you wish to produce a report for.   Tab or Click on the values field for the Graduation Status.  Enter AW, SO or PN.  Tab or Click on the values field for the Level.  Enter UG or GR.   Move the cursor to the Submission portion of the screen and Click the SAVE button at the top of the screen.

Note that a sequence number at the bottom portion of the screen indicates a process was submitted to the system to run.

The output can be found in the darslog on ‘Samba 3.0.28 (Maia) drive of your machine.  Please review the data before printing.   It does take a significant amount of time to create large numbers of reports.
