This workshop provides participants with the opportunity to learn how to:

• Ask questions and listen-really listen

• Listen with authentic curiosity and use this to ask impactful questions

• Encourage other to tap more deeply into their own ideas and abilities by creating greater inclusion and perspective taking

• Recognize and stop behaviors that can derail listening

• Give others a sense that they have been really heard during conversations
