  2. Upload to Panopto.

  3. Upload to YouTube

  4. In Panopto:

    1. create chapters

    2. descriptions and tags

    3. edit captions.  

    4. Establish static video card.

  5. In YouTube:

    1. Upload Caption File

    2. Copy over chapters, description, tags.

    3. Establish static video card.

  6. Add links to Panopto video where appropriate: D2L faculty or student tutorial page, OFDC content, emergency remote teaching guide, student readiness guide, etc.

  7. Add YouTube video to appropriate playlists.
