If you have been notified that your email account has been migrated by ITS from exchange hybrid, to Canisius Exchange, a couple of changes are required to send/receive email on our apple device.
On your apple device, search for "Mail Accounts" under settings.
Delete Account for your current Canisius email.
Now Add Account from the device accounts page, and select Microsoft Exchange.
Next fill in your Exchange email address and a description like this, click Next:
Next, select Sign In
You will now see a screen confirming your "settings" wants to use your "microsoftonline.com" account to sign in, click Continue.
You will now get this popup, click Allow
Now you should get this page where you select "work or school account" which should take you to our portal authentication page to log in.
It can take a few minutes for the email and calendar items sync.
