In February of 2025 ITS will begin migrating email accounts to Microsoft Online. This will allow for better integration with calendars and other third party software. If you use the desktop client, this migration should be seamless. Accessing the web client from the portal may require additional configuration.

The Outlook app on Android/iUHOHS supports added a shared mailbox.
It is also possible to add a shared calendar.
