Manually Reset Keychain for MacOS
Overview:
The following documentation is designed to assist users who are experiencing "Hold for Authentication" prompts when printing from their Macintosh to the Papercut queues. The following step-by-step can be used to manually reset your keychain on your Macintosh.
Step 1: Visit Finder > Go > Utilities (+ hold down the OPTION key on your keyboard) > Select Library |

Step 2: Navigate to the Keychains folder |
Step 3: Within the Keychains folder, delete all contents by moving them to the trash. |
Step 4: With your Keychain folder empty, restart your Macintosh |
Step 5: Upon restart, you will have to enter all your passwords |
