  2. Upload to Panopto.
  3. Upload to YouTube
  4. In Panopto:
    1. create chapters
    2. descriptions and tags
    3. edit captions.  
  5. Export caption file to upload to YouTube, and then copy over chapters, description, tags to YouTube as well.
  6. Add links to Panopto video where appropriate: D2L faculty or student tutorial page, OFDC content, emergency remote teaching guide, student readiness guide, etc.
  7. Add YouTube video to appropriate playlists.
