After adding your PaperCut Printers via Self Service, please complete the following steps to authenticate the printer:

Step 1: Print any document or webpage to MyGrayscalePrintJob

On the first run, the document will "hold for authentication"

 

Step 2: Click the Printer Icon on your dock

 

 

Step 3: Refresh the Print Job

 

Step 4: Authenticate using your Canisius Credentials

  • Use the template below to fill in your Canisius Credentials. Additionally, remember this password in your keychain

 

Step 5: Complete Steps 2 - 4 with the MyColorPrintJob

 

Step 6: Happy Printing

  • The Grayscale and Color PaperCut queues are designed to receive print jobs and release at any printer across campus.
  • Simply print to the appropriate queue and swipe at the printer you wish to pick up your print job
  • No labels
