ITS recommends a manual configuration of email on Android devices using the MS outlook app (may need to download from the google play store).
You will need to remove the old account configured for Canisius Exchange.

Note: Ensure your phone is on the CanisiusWireless Wi-Fi network. Otherwise authentication will fail, since your phone may default to the CanisiusGuest Wi-Fi network.
