- Close any other programs or browser tabs that you are not using
- Update Zoom
- Restart your computer
- Try to share the video from a different device (i.e., a smartphone or tablet)
- Turn on/off Hardware acceleration (steps listed below)
- Update the graphics driver
- For Windows users, use Windows Update
- For Mac users, use the Software Update tool
- Uninstall and Reinstall Zoom
