This is a quick guide on how to share video and/or audio with others in your Zoom meeting using the "Share Screen" option in Zoom.

Share Video and/or Audio
1 | In your Zoom meeting, click on the green "Share Screen" icon or use Alt+S |  *Click on the image to enlarge it |
2 | In the menu that appears, choose the screen or program that you will be presenting your video and/or audio from. In the bottom left corner, make sure to check "Share sound" and "Optimize for video clip". | |
3 | Then hit the blue Share button in the lower-right corner. | |
Troubleshooting
Note: if participants report a black screen try one of the following:
Close any other programs or browser tabs that you are not using
Restart your computer
Try to share the video from a different device (i.e., a smartphone or tablet)
Turn on/off Hardware acceleration (steps listed below)
Update the graphics driver
For Windows users, use Windows Update
For Mac users, use the Software Update tool
Uninstall and Reinstall Zoom
