Communities / Missing item from All Applications & Services folder in portal

Sometimes faculty, students or staff are directed to use the portal to perform a task.

They are directed into their All Applications & Services folder. 

When they are logged in they might not have the button that leads to the service they were supposed to perform. 

They will want to check their home page and make sure they are in the correct community.  On the main page of the portal they will look in the Navigation area and under my Community Pages they may have multiple options.  The task they are to perform may be linked to a different community.  Here is an example of all the different communities.  Click on a different community to see if the service is linked to that community.

A quick way to get back to the home screen to switch communities is to click on the My Canisius Banner in the upper left side of the portal

The New Students Home and Guest Home do not have an All Applications & Services folder.
