Rubrics Attached to Grade Items

1Go to the Classlist and click on the carat to the right of the student's name that you are interested in downloading the graded rubric from.

2In the menu that appears, choose the "View Progress" option.

3Select Grades either underneath Progress Summary or on the left sidebar.

4Find the Grade that you want to download the graded rubric from and click on the little triangle to the left of Feedback.

5When you do, there will be a link to "View Graded Rubric". Click on it to view the graded rubric in a pop-up window.

6In the upper-right of this pop-up is a button to "Print Rubric". Click on it to get the Print Dialogue.

Make sure that the Destination is set to "Save as PDF". Then click on Save and choose where you want to download the rubric. Make sure you give it a descriptive name as well.

Note that the Print Dialogue window will look differently on different browsers.

Rubrics Attached to a Discussion Board

1Go to the Classlist and click on the carat to the right of the student's name that you are interested in downloading the graded rubric from.

If you attached your Discussion Board to a Grade Item in the Grade Book, you can follow the steps from above.

Otherwise, choose the Discussions tab from the left sidebar.

4Find the Forum that your discussion board is in. Then click on the triangle to the left of the number of topics. From there, click on the triangle to the left of Details of the topic that you want the rubric from.

5When you do, there will be a link to "View Graded Rubric". Click on it to view the graded rubric in a pop-up window.

6In the upper-right of this pop-up is a button to "Print Rubric". Click on it to get the Print Dialogue.

If you attached your Dropbox to a Grade Item in the Grade Book, you can follow the steps from above.

Otherwise, choose the Dropbox tab from the left sidebar.

4Find the dropbox that you want to download the graded rubric from and click the triangle to the left of Details.

5When you do, there will be a link to "View Graded Rubric". Click on it to view the graded rubric in a pop-up window.
