Microsoft Teams: Copy a Recurring Meeting Link

For many of our faculty teaching synchronous online or hybrid courses, it is easiest to create recurring Teams Meetings. However, adding 20+ people can be a bit of a task. Here is how to copy the meeting invite link so we can email it or add it to D2L:

In the Calendar (either in Teams or Outlook), click on the recurring meeting event. In this case, we are using OFDC--Meeting 1.

Click on the Dropdown to the right of Join.

Click on “Copy join link” in the menu that appears.

When we do, the meeting information will close and we will get a pop-up at the bottom of the calendar letting us know that the Meeting link was copied.
