Microsoft Outlook: Outlook to Google Calendar Sync
Learn how to quickly sync your Outlook calendar to Google.
NOTE: the syncing process takes time. Give it at least 24 hours. Additionally, you are responsible for checking BOTH calendars for discrepencies.
| 1 | In Outlook Calendar, click on the gear icon in the upper-right. |

| 2 | Click on Calendar in the left-sidebar. |

| 3 | Click on Shared Calendar and scroll down until you can fully see the Publish a calendar. |

| 4 | Choose the calendar and set the permissions. When done, click on Publish. |

| 5 | You will get two links, one to an HTML webpage of the calendar and an ICS link. Click on the ICS link and follow the on-screen instructions to copy the link. |

| 6 | In Google Calendar (desktop browser), scroll down until you see Other Calendars. Click on the + to the right of it. |

| 7 | Click on From URL in the menu that appears. |
|
| 8 | Paste in the ICS link from earlier and then click on Add Calendar. |
|
| 9 | When we do, a few messages will appear at the bottom, letting us know that the calendar is being synced to. |
|
| 10 | When it is done, we should see the title of the Calendar along with the appropriate events. |
