Powering Up the Equipment
The TV is controlled with the remote control.  Press the Power button to turn the TV on.

Volume

The room audio level is adjusted by using the VOL + and - buttons on the remote control.  In addition, computer volume is controlled by the laptop.  If running Windows, on the right side of the start bar is a volume widget.  Clicking here will allow the volume level to be adjusted up, down, or muted.

Connecting a Laptop - HDMI

  1. Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop's HDMI port.  A DisplayPort to HDMI adapter is provided as well.  If your laptop does not have a HDMI port, click on Laptop/Tablet Display Adapters to find out what type of adapter is needed to connect your laptop.
  2. Press the Input button on the remote control until HDMI1 appears on the screen.
  3. If only part of the image appears on the TV, use the VIEW MODE button to adjust the image setting.
  4. If needed, set your laptop to display on a secondary display.

Powering Down the Equipment

To turn off the TV, press the Power button on the remote control. Please leave the DisplayPort to HDMI adapter in the room.
