Press the ON button to turn on the LCD projector. After pressing ON, wait until the projector has warmed up (ON button will be lit solid and no longer blinking) before selecting the desired source button on the Extron. The projector will not receive the command to switch until after it has finished warming up.
The resident computer, document camera, and Blu-ray player player are powered on using the appropriate button located on each device.
Projector Standby (AV Mute)
Pressing the AV Mute button once will place the projector in standby mode, as well as mute room audio. While this mode is active, the button will flash. Simply press the button again to take the projector out of standby mode and unmute the audio.
Volume Control
The adjustment of volume is done using the knob located on the Extron Control Panel. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the audio volume or counterclockwise to decrease it. The LED lights to the left of the volume knob indicate the current audio level. The top light will flash red when the volume level is at 100%.

What discs can be played in this player? DVDs and Blu-ray discs are encoded for playback in a particular part of the world or region. The player installed in OM 301 is multi-region, which allows for playback of any DVD or Blu-ray disc regardless of region. The region code of your disc will be found on its packaging. Refer to the table below for more information.
DVDs will play automatically, but the specific region for a Blu-ray disc must be selected manually by following the steps below:
- Open the disc tray.
- Once the disc tray is completely open and not moving, press either the yellow (for region A), blue (for region B), or red (for region C) button on the SONY remote control.
- Place your disc in the disc tray and close the tray. Your disc should now play.
What if my disc doesn't play?
If your disc doesn't play simply open the disc tray again and wait for the tray to come to a complete stop. Press the appropriate button (yellow, blue, or red) on the remote control and then re-close the tray.
