Powering Up the Equipment
The displays in OM 100 are powered on and off on a fixed schedule and should be on at all times during class hours.  If for any reason the displays are off, a Samsung branded remote control located at the teachers station can be used to power them on by pointing the remote at each display and pressing the power button. The digital whiteboard has a power button on the lower right had bezel. If this is red, press it once to power on the unit.

Digital Whiteboard

The digital whiteboard is directly behind the teacher station. It can be used to either display from your device, or run internal notation software and apps. This display is mirrored on the other displays in the room, so switching between the HDMI input and the Whiteboard app displays on all of the TVs.

To select the laptop input:

  1. Tap on the arrow on the right side of the digital whiteboard.

Using the HDMI cable

  1.  Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop's HDMI port.

  1.  Turn on your laptop's power.

  2.  If needed, set your laptop to display on a secondary display.

Don't have an HDMI port on your laptop? Visit Training & Support to find out what type of adapter is needed to connect your laptop.

Connecting Wirelessly (AirMedia)
OM 100 is equipped with Crestron AirMedia to enable a laptop or other device to wirelessly display to the displays in the room without connecting a cable.

The displays in OM 100 all display the IP address of the AirMedia box.  The web address for OM 100 is https://138.92.127.17/  For detailed instructions on connecting wirelessly, see:

Once connected, start your web conferencing application, and then select the cameras and microphones in the room.
