ComDoc Service Call / Comdoc Help Desk email / training

Toner will no longer be auto-shipped to the end users.  If you are getting replace soon messages contact the ITS Help Desk.  

To obtain supplies for the Xerox and HP printers provided by ComDoc, please contact the ITS Help Desk.  When your device says that the toner is low but not ready to be replaced, enter a service ticket with the Help Desk and one will be sent to your location.  Please include the room number of the printer and the ComDoc device tag number.  Supplies are no longer automatically shipped to your offices.  You can email to helpdesk@canisius.edu, call 888-8340 or visit http://helpdesk.canisius.edu to request your supplies.

Please note:  Return all used toner cartridges to the ITS Help Desk via campus mail or drop off in HOD-106.  Please note on the box that it is a used cartridge and seal it appropriately in a box.
