Panopto: Captions Dictionary Request

This form will be used to provide Panopto Admins with Custom Dictionary requests. The Custom Dictionary is used by Panopto's Automatic Captioning Service to caption certain difficult words. We can include up to 5 different pronunciations of the word. At a minimum, one pronunciation is required.
