Panopto: Restrict Video Availability
In Panopto, we can restrict the Availability of a video. This is great if we have in-video quizzes or if the video was for temporary reasons. Here are the steps:
| 1 | In the D2L Course with the Panopto video we want to restrict, click on Panopto in the Course Navbar. |  Highlighting the Panopto link in a D2L Course Navbar |
| 2 | Search for and hover your cursor over the video we want to edit the Availability of. Click on the gear (Settings) icon that appears. | Highlighting Video Settings icon |
| 3 | Make sure you are in the Overview Tab. Then, scroll down to the bottom. | Scroll down to the bottom of the Overview Tab |
| 4 | In the Availability section, click on the appropriate radio button(s) and change the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time as necessary. Any changes to the Availability are saved automatically. | Overview of Availability options for a Panopto Video
