Canisius is excited to transition to the use of EAB Navigate360 for staff-student interactions. Navigate360 allows professors & staff to easily manage student success in one easy to use dashboard. From setting up appointments with students to reporting a student concern, EAB Navigate360 streamlines the advisor role. Our current iteration of this tool is populated and to be used to support our undergraduate students.

EAB Navigate360 offers a student app that allows our undergraduate students to take charge of their education and play an active role in their success.

Sync Your Calendar to Navigate360

Before using Navigate360 to schedule appointments with students, you must sync your calendar. Follow the steps below.

Appointment Summaries & Notes

Beginning in Fall 2025, faculty are encouraged to leave comments about student interactions on Navigate360 rather than on iAdvise. There are multiple different ways to document student meetings on Navigate360, including appointment summaries and student notes. Review the slides below to learn about the differences between appointment summaries & notes, and how to record both.

Creating a Campaign in Navigate360 (useful for advising!)

Navigate360 allows faculty to create appointment campaigns, which makes communication with students seamless, make it easy for students to schedule advising appointments, and allows for faculty to easily track which advisees have not scheduled a meeting. Issuing Alerts (Student Concerns) Through Navigate360

Starting in Fall 2025, student concerns should be routed through Navigate360 instead of iAdvise. On Navigate360 the student concerns are called “Alerts.” Review the PDF below for a walkthrough on how to submit Alerts on Navigate360.
