Powering Up the Equipment
The ceiling-mounted LCD projector is controlled using the Panasonic remote control located on the lectern.

Press the Power button to turn on the LCD projector. After pressing ON, wait until the Panasonic logo has disappeared for the projector to be ready. To lower the projection screen press the down arrow on the wall mounted screen controls.
Projector Standby (AV MUTE)
To mute the image on the projector, press the MUTE 6 button on the rightt of the Panasonic remote control. Pressing this button once will place the projector in standby or (pic-mute mode). Simply press the button again to take the projector out of standby mode.
Volume
The adjustment of volume is done using the volume controls on the connected laptop. The audio cable must be connected to your laptop and the headphone output must be selected for audio to be played through the room.
Projection Screen
Screen up, down, and stop buttons are located on the wall plate behind the lectern for manual control of the screen.
Connecting a Laptop
The HDMI, audio, and USB cables needed for connecting a laptop computer are found on the instructor's lectern. The HDMI connection does not carry audio. The audio cable must be connected to your laptop and the headphone output must be selected for audio to be played through the room. In addition to cables for connecting a laptop, power outlets are also located on top of the lectern for your convenience.

Web camera
A wall mounted web camera is installed at the back of the room to capture video of the front of the room, and a wall mounted microphone array is installed to capture audio at the front of the room. The USB cabe at the instructor's lectern must be connected to your laptop use the camera and microphone, and required USB 3 or higher. The camera requires the Huddly App to use the camera and control it's settings.

Powering Down the Equipment
Pressthe Power button on the Panasonic remote once to bring up a confirmation dialogue on the projector. Press the Power button a second time to turn off the LCD projector.
To raise the screen, press the up arrow on the wall mounted screen controls.
"No Signal" Auto-Shutdown
When the projector displays the "SHARP Notevision" screen, you have 15 minutes to select your desired source on the Extron. If the projector does not receive a signal after 15 minutes it will shut off automatically. The OFF button on the Extron will then flash as the projector cools down. After 60 seconds the OFF button will be lit solid and the system will be ready to be turned back on.
