- Go to canisius.edu/ezmenu
- go to option #32 (Google Password Reset (for IMAP/POP))
- Log into portal with Canisius Information
- In the text box under "Set POP/IMAP Password" type in your Canisius Password
- On the page that follows, click the link that says "Go to Google Apps Mail"
- This will take you to your normal Canisius Mail Center. From here, click the settings icon in the upper right hand corner
- Click the 'settings' option that appears in the drop down menu from the settings button
- Click the tab across the top that is labeled "Forwarding and POP/IMAP"
- In the POP download section, select 'Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)'
- In the IMAP Access section, select 'Enable IMAP'
- Then click "save changes" at the bottom of the page
