Volume
The SHARP remote also controls volume. The audio level is adjusted by using the VOL+ and VOL- buttons.
Resident Computer

- Turn on the keyboard by flipping the power switch on the back edge to ON (green).

Connecting a Laptop
The cables needed for connecting a laptop computer are found next to the equipment rack at the front of the room.
| Using the VGA cable |
| 1. Plug the VGA cable into your laptop's VGA port. |

| 2. Plug the Ethernet cable into your laptop's network jack (if needed). |

| 3. Plug the audio cable into your laptop's headphone jack. |
|
| 4. Press the COMPUTER button on the Extron to view the Laptop on the projection screen. |
| 5. Select Press the button labeled Computer Laptop on the VGA switch Extron switcher in the equipment rack, underneath the desktop PC. |
| 5. Turn on your laptop's power. |
| 6. If needed, set your laptop to display on a secondary display. |
