- Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop's HDMI port. If your laptop does not have a VGA an HDMI port, click on Laptop/Tablet Display Adapters to find out what type of adapter is needed to connect your laptop.
- Press the Input button on the SMART control panel until HDMI appears in the upper right corner of the projected image.
- If needed, set your laptop to display on a secondary display.

- Turn on the PC desktop with the power button on the front of the unit.
- Turn on the wireless keyboard and mouse using their respective power switches.
- Press the PC button on the Extron switcher located in the equipment rack.
- If the image from the desktop does not appear, make sure the projector is set to VGA-1. Press the INPUT button on the SMART Board Control Panel until until VGA-1 is displayed in the upper right corner of the projected image.
